Bibles for Ukraine

About 4 months ago we purchased our first 175 of these Storybook Bibles.   Originally it was published in English, but has since been translated to several languages (Russian and Ukrainian included).  We began passing them out immediately.   Some one on one.  Some to groups.  Here’s some of the comments we have gotten…

What a wonderful book.   I read the entire thing and I think it will encourage people to be interested in reading God’s Word.  It’s so easy to understand…and the regular Russian Bible is not understandable by normal people because the language is different from the language we use today.

We recently gave it to a group of orphans and here’s what one girl said…

I read the whole book!

She was here at our home when she read it.  She sat all day long and read.

A couple of weeks ago, I got the opportunity to give one to a lady who works at a supermarket where we buy groceries.   We felt impressed to give it to one lady, and when we discovered she wasn’t working that day, we gave it to “T.”  She told Mary today…

Please tell your husband thank you for the wonderful gift.   I have been reading it and I can UNDERSTAND it.  My son also asks me to read it to him.

This is someone who we get to talk to frequently and we’ve been sharing a little at a time why we are here and about God’s love.   Now she’s reading the Storybook Bible.

God is surely using this!

Can you help us reorder?   We are trying to raise a minimum of $1,050 to place an order.

Chris Malone

It is a joy to serve our Lord with the bride of my youth, Mary, and our children. Our nine kids are not all living at home anymore. One has already completed university and has started her career. One is finishing his master's degree and will start his career soon. One is completing her freshman year at university. That leaves six at home. One of those completes high school this year. Amazing since Mary and I are only 30 years old (at least in our minds).
