Going Home

Ukraine MapIt really has been a good summer together as a family.  We’ve been really homesick, but we have also been right where God wanted us to be.
We have received blessing after blessing after blessing.  We have raise additional support while we have been here.  We have had all the kids seen by their doctors and had a few small surgical procedures taken care of that we couldn’t have done at home in Ukraine easily.  We have been able to see all of our families and spend time with them.  We have seen friends.

We know without a doubt that God had in His plan for us to come to the USA for the summer – but we are just as sure that our next step is to return to our home in Ukraine.  We don’t know the future, at all.  Yet, we trust the One Who does.  We can’t see several steps ahead, but we can see that our next step is to go back.  We fly next Monday afternoon and will get home on Wednesday afternoon.  We are excited!!

Thank you to the MANY who have blessed us so richly this summer.  You’ve made a difficult situation (living somewhere besides your own home for 2 and a half months) not only bearable, but you’ve made it home for us for the summer.  We are doubly blessed to have 2 homes on this earth!

We hold our future lightly before the Lord and will continue to seek to obey Him for our every step.

Blessed be the Name of the Lord!

Chris Malone

It is a joy to serve our Lord with the bride of my youth, Mary, and our children. Our nine kids are not all living at home anymore. One has already completed university and has started her career. One is finishing his master's degree and will start his career soon. One is completing her freshman year at university. That leaves six at home. One of those completes high school this year. Amazing since Mary and I are only 30 years old (at least in our minds).
